Downstairs the large double-aspect kitchen diner is fitted with modern light oak units, complete with electric range cooker, and has a seating area, with a large farmhouse table, overlooking the gardens. The kitchen also has fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

The lounge is a large sunny double-aspect room overlooking the gardens of the main house, and is furnished with modern large leather settees, together with TV with Freeview and DVD player.

Upstairs we have two bright and airy double-aspect master bedrooms - one double en-suite (and room for a cot) and one double, with additional bunk beds. A small double room shares the bathroom with one of the master bedrooms. The remaining two bedrooms (one en-suite) can be furnished with either twin single beds or double beds, as required. A large shower room is also located upstairs.

Guests will have the use of the extensive grounds of South Allington House, with large gas barbecue and garden furniture provided.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. The charge is £25 per week per dog (with a maximum of 2 dogs). Please ensure the dog/s are kept on the ground floor of the property and that any waste is disposed of responsibly. The dog/s must be kept on a lead in the grounds of South Allington House, as there are sheep and ducks present. We also ask you to check that your dog has up-to-date flea prevention treatment before he/she comes on holiday!

Dog owners are liable to pay for any repairs/replacements to fixtures or fittings, where the damage has been caused by dogs.

Please note there are steps up to the property.

The price is inclusive of central heating and electricity, and bed linen and towels are provided.

Bookings run from Friday to Friday. Out of season short breaks of three or more days are available.
